The president, CEO and Marcos Senna have visited the APV to celebrate with the fans that the yellow team will be playing in the top flight again next season
Villarreal president, Fernando Roig, and CEO, Fernando Roig Negueroles, visited the headquarters of the Official Villarreal CF Supporters’ Group (Agrupació de Penyes del Villarreal – APV) during the preview of the match against RC Celta to toast with the fans for the achievement of the 42 points that virtually ensure the continuity of the Yellows for another year in the highest level of Spanish football. With next season, the club will have been in the top division for a total of 23 seasons.
A toast to José Manuel Llaneza
Representatives from the supporter’s club, the club’s president and CEO had words of support for José Manuel Llaneza, who has always led this traditional meeting but for health reasons was unable to attend the meeting with the supporters. For this reason, this time not only was a toast to staying up, but also to a speedy recovery for the Villarreal vice-president.
Collection for Ukraine
The APV have organised a campaign to collect non-perishable food and hygiene products to send urgently to the European country. Yellows fans can contribute to teh cause by leaving products at the APV headquarters (C/Almassora, 7, Vila-real) or by donating money through the APV website.
