The Yellows Academy youngsters will this Sunday accompany the dogs in Valencia looking for a home (12pm CET)

The Yellows Academy will take part this Sunday at 12pm CET in the 15th AUPA & Bioparc Abandoned Dog Parade. This activity, which takes place within the Endavant Igualtat initiative, sees the Yellows U14s act as models for the day, accompanying the canines without a home, so they can find a new family.

Fans who are animal lovers have another chance to show it. AUPA (Adopta Un Perro Abandonado – Adopt An Abandoned Dog) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to caring for dogs in kennels and organising their adoptions. They work in the north of the province of Valencia. Those interested in adopting a dog only need to get in contact with AUPA by calling +34 638 376 586 or visiting their website www.adoptaunperroabandonado.es. AUPA and the Yellows Academy have a long history. In fact, this season, they are linked once more through Endavant Igualtat, where the Yellows Academy youngsters work with charity centres for personal development.

The psychology and methodology departments at Villarreal support the education and personal development of youth players with a clear aim: helping the centres and sharing experiences with them. This exchange of values favours the growth of both parties.

In previous editions of the parade, dozens of dogs found new homes, changing the path of not only their lives, but those of the people who adopted them. This Sunday 15th December, at 12pm CET, at the entrance to Bioparc, a lot of dogs will be hoping to find a new home.

Don’t miss it!
