A nice gesture from the squad for one of their captains. Villarreal CF walked out at the Sarriena wearing Vicente Iborra’s No.10 shirts. The starting eleven that stepped out to face SD Leioa wanted to honour Iborra who picked up a serious knee injury in the last LaLiga game against Real Betis.
The midfielder from Moncada, as well as being one of the key players for Emery’s side, is also loved by all in the Yellows’ changing room.
