Fans can visit the trophy in the town hall on 12th and 13th July

You can now visit the Europa League trophy in Traiguera! With the trophy being on show in the village, Marcos Senna, currently part of the club’s Institutional Relations Department and former captain, made an institutional visit alongside the mayor, Javier Ferrer. The cup will be on show in the town hall today, Monday 12th July and tomorrow, Tuesday 13th July, at the following times:

  • 12th July: from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 9pm.
  • 13th July: from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 7pm.

Yellows from Traiguera can use the occasion to get a photograph with the prestigious title earned by Villarreal CF on 26th May in Gdansk (Poland), after it left Alcalà de Xivert/Alcossebre.

The trophy will do a complete tour of the province of Castellón!

Winning the UEFA Europa League is a historic achievement for Villarreal CF. To share it with the whole province, the club has decided to take the trophy to more than 30 cities, towns and villages across the province of Castellón so that people can get a photo with the important continental title.
