Take Kubo was satisfied with Villarreal’s win against Sivasspor (5-3) at the Estadio de la Cerámica
Japanese player Take Kubo, who played the full 90 minutes in Thursday’s Europa League group match, provided two assists and scored one of the goals that gave Villarreal the three points in their 2020/21 Eoropean debut against Sivasspor.
After the game, Take spoke to the press: “I’m very happy to be able to positively contribute to the team. In the end, what matters is the result and the statistics were very positive today too. Scoring a goal and getting two assists on top of that is great.”
