UD Alginet U8s and CF Nules U10s win in the build-up to the tie against Getafe CF
This afternoon, the ‘3v3 Groguet’ tournament celebrated its sixth edition of the season, with U10s (Benjamín) and U8s (Prebenjaín) sides from UD Alginet, SP Mislata CF and CF Nules. After a number of exciting ties, the Gerard team from UD Alginet won at U8 level, beating the Iborra team from CF Nules 5-0.
For the U10s, the Chukwueze team from CF Nules won, beating the Gerard team from UD Alginet 6-4.
The winners got to get a winners’ medal and the chance to get a photograph with the Villarreal starting XI before the match with the team from the Spanish capital.
Each edition will see a winner in each age group, and at the end of the season, there will be a final matchday with the winners from each edition, with the final of finals at half-time of a Villarreal CF men’s first-team match.
