Players from Benicarló Base enjoyed learning from the Villarreal legend’s advice
Benicarló will take centre stage at the Estadio de la Cerámica on Saturday, 8th December for the league tie against Celta Vigo (6:30pm CET). This Endavant Provincia initiative, carried out by the club since the 2015/15 season, with the objective to promote tourism in the distinct towns and cities throughout the province of Castellón.
The presentation celebrating the event took place on Tuesday at the Ángel ‘Pichi’ Alonso Municipal Pitch, where hundreds of young talents from Benicarló Base came to enjoy advice and instructions from Yellows legend and Villarreal Institutional Relations Department member, Marcos Senna, with a number of coaches from the Yellows Academy also attending.
Benicarló will make the most of the league tie against Celta Vigo to increase knowledge of their touristic, gastronomic and commercial attractions in an idyllic setting, in front of a crowd at top-level Spanish football.
