The COVID-19 pandemic stopped Villarreal CF players from being able to carry out the traditional Christmas visit to hospitals throughout the provinces of Castellón and Valencia. Despite that, the youngsters still received their presents. Marcos Senna, former Villarreal captain and current member of the club’s Institutional Relations department, took them to the Castellón General Hospital, La Plana Hospital in Vila-real and La Fe Hospital in Valencia.
