Villarreal will try to return to winning ways against the side from Alicante (Saturday, 4:15pm CET)

Villarreal CF face Elche CF on Saturday 4th February at the Martínez Valero at 4.15pm CET. Quique Setién’s side will be looking for another win to consolidate their place in the European places. In recent weeks, the Yellows team has been playing high quality football, which has allowed them to be one of the most in-form teams in the competition.

Meanwhile, Elche are in last place with six points. On the other hand, on the Submarine’s last visit to Elche, the home side won 1-0 with a goal from Boyé (16th January 2022).

The Submarine are in good form despite defeat last time out, with 13 points from a possible 18. Against Elche CF, the Yellows will be looking to get back to winning ways to continue dreaming about Europe.
