Alfonso Pedraza Sag (San Sebastián de los Ballesteros, 09/04/1996) is a left-back with great pace and a fantastic dribbling ability. A determined, courageous player, he is a constant danger down the left-hand side. He is one of the players who won the first UEFA Europa League trophy in the history of the club. The player from Córdoba joined from Séneca CF in 2011, arriving at Villarreal at a very young age, where he quickly became one of the most promising players in Spanish football. During his stint with the U19s, he won the league championship and the Copa de Campeones. That same season, at only 18 years old, he made his debut for the Villarreal first team against Valencia CF at Mestalla. The following season, he made the leap to the Villarreal B team, where he shone in a team that finished second in their league and played in the play-offs for promotion to the Second Division. Since then, he has played on loan at CD Lugo, Leeds United, Deportivo Alavés and Real Betis. Then he sealed his place in Villarreal's first team, being part of the team that lifted the Europa League trophy (2021).  PREVIOUS TEAMS:
