Villarreal CF now know all the details for their eLaLiga Santander calendar. The Yellows’ eSports team, who have been drawn in Group A of the regular league, will kick off their season on Tuesday 12th January against CD Lugo.
Alongside the Yellows, the following teams will be in Group A: AD Alcorcón, Elche CF, CD Lugo, Cádiz CF, CE Sabadell, CD Tenerife, SD Ponferradina, Albacete BP, FC Cartagena, RCD Mallorca, Real Betis, Getafe CF, RC Celta, SD Eibar, Real Valladolid, Sevilla FC, CF Fuenlabrada and UD Las Palmas.
A new incorporation for the season
CVF eSports have a new signing for the new eLaLiga Santander season. The Yellows will be presented by H1dalgo (Alejandro Hidalgo) and new signing AdrianCifuentes (Adrián Cifuentes), who will represent Villarreal in the first day of the tournament. Ralfitita (Rafael Riobó) has been loaned to UD Almería for this season.
Villarreal CF have an agreement with QLASH Spain. Thanks to this collaboration, the Submarine will once more have a competitive and exciting team to take part in a demanding eLaLiga Santander.
Two guarantees to dream big
Alejando Hidalgo (H1dalgo) is an 18-year-old player, who, despite his young age, has a lot of experience in eSports. The gamer, from Cordoba, started to compete aged just 15, and has a lot of achievements to his name, such as winning Gamepolis in 2019. Last season, he represented Real Betis in eLaLiga Santander.
Adrián Cifuentes (AdrianCifuentes) is a 16-year-old from Albacete. This weekend, he made his official tournament debut, competing in a FIFA Global Series international qualifying tournament, win a result of top 49-64 in Europe.
The new Yellows signing is a gamer with a lot of potential, who stands out for his skill and speed. Alongside H1dalgo (top 17-24 in the same tournament), he will represent the Yellows in the new edition of eLaLiga Santander.
