Villarreal midfielder Vicente Iborra appeared in front of the press to analyse the current goings-on regarding the Yellow Submarine, who got their first win of the season against Leganés at Butarque (0-3). The Valencian footballer recognised that the team should continue working hard to continue getting positive results: "Whenever you win it always feels good, and even more so this time because we hadn't done so until then. We know we have to improve a lot of things and that we need to continue working hard in order to do so. We're feeling very positive, but we need to turn that into points. We knew that was going to happen because we have a solid team with a lot of quality. It was crucial to get a clean sheet against Leganés."
Focused on getting another win this Saturday against Real Valladolid, the Villarreal No.10 highlighted the importance of taking three points at the Estadio de la Cerámica: "Now we have a very important match. Getting points at home is key is we want to be at the top of the table and that's our aim. We shouldn't rest on our laurels, as it won't be easy. Valladolid are an opponent that will make it uncomfortable for us, an opponent that knows exactly the style they want to play and they have dangerous players up front. They're a team with a lot of options."
