Mexico lost the semi-final and will play for third place in the Confederations Cup

Villarreal CF’s Mexican midfielder, Jonathan dos Santos, started for his country in yesterday’s semi-final of the Confederations Cup against Germany. The Germans won the match 4-1 and Jonathan played the first 67 minutes of the clash, before he was substituted for Rafa Márquez.
