Calleja assures that the derby against Valencia is “even more special” due to what is at stake
Lots to play for in a very special match. Villarreal CF Manager, Javi Calleja, assured that the derby against Valencia will be a thrilling one. “This is always a special match, it is always more than just a match, but for us as well as it being a derby there are three very important points at stake. When it’s a derby there’s always a special motivation, we play at home and we can also get much closer to our Europe objective”, he asserted.
The Manager did not hesitate to send a message to the fans: “We’re counting on our fans, they know what we’re playing for, the opponent we’re facing and the importance of this situation.
