El Villarreal CF ha alcanzado un acuerdo con la centrocampista asturiana María Cienfuegos, que regresa a la entidad amarilla para ayudar al equipo en su nueva andadura en Primera RFEF.
Villarreal CF have reached an agreement with Asturian midfielder María Cienfuegos, who returns to the Yellows to help the team on their new journey in Primera RFEF.
Quality in midfield
María Cienfuegos Baragaño (08/04/2001, Langreo, Asturias) made her first appearance for Villarreal Women in the historic 2020/21 season, winning promotion to the First Division. In her debut in the top flight, Cienfu played 29 of a possible 30 games in the competition. A very similar line to that of the following campaign, playing another 29 league games.
The Asturian stands out for her ball control, good vision and for always playing with determination. These are characteristics that, on her return to the Yellows, will help Villarreal Women in Primera RFEF (second tier).
