The Trinquet Salvador Sagols hosted a great atmosphere at the closing of the Valencian pilota competition organised by the ‘grogueta’ club
Great atmosphere yesterday at the Trinquet Salvador Sagols de Vila-real. Marc, Nacho and Bueno won 60-40 against Puchol II, Santi and Carlos in an exciting final that culminated the sixth edition of the Villarreal CF Trofeu of Valencian pilota, organised in collaboration with the Valencia Pilota Foundation.
The game was attended by the ambassador and former captain of the ‘groguet’ club, Marcos Senna, who experienced the spectacular game live in the trinquet of the town of Villarreal, supporting this great initiative of Villarreal CF as part of the Endavant Esports project.
Villarreal CF, in its eagerness to encourage the practice and follow up of the local sport of the Valencian Community, has established an important prize distribution: 3,000 euros for the winners and 1,500 euros for the runners-up.
