Villarreal CF vice-president José Manuel Llaneza has underlined the exciting season ahead of the Yellows and their fans. “There is a lot of excitement. We were the club for all of Spain and the Region of Valencia for various days.”
With less than a month until the UEFA Super Cup, Llaneza told a story about the #TuCopaYaEstáAquí tour in Benassal: “A youngster aged 17 said to me: “What about if we come home with both trophies?”
The Yellows vice-president believes he has seen a lot of excitement during the Europa League trophy tour: “In the trophy tour, there has been a lot of youngsters. Before, a lot of kids supported FC Barcelona or Real Madrid. Now there are a lot who support Villarreal CF and that is very important for us.”
