Villarreal beat AD Alcorcón on the opening matchday, and lost to RCD Espanyol on the second matchday
Valentín Bandeo, aka Lavinten, representing Villarreal in eLaLiga Santander, won his first match as a yellow. The gamer beat Carayol, from AD Alcorcón, 5-0. However, in his next game, Lavinten lost 2-5 to JavatoAbelito, from RCD Espanyol, one of the strongest opponents in the competition, who has won his first two games.
Matchdays 3 and 4 will take place on Tuesday 8th February, when Villarreal will face Atlético de Madrid and Rayo Vallecano, two teams who currently trail the Yellows in the table. The Submarine are eighth out of 19 clubs, with CA Osasuna, Espanyol and UD Ibiza leading the way.
