Villarreal’s Human Resources department gave a chat to the university students
Labour Relations and Human Resources students from Jaume I University (UJI) visited the Estadio de la Cerámica this Tuesday to attend a conference given by members of the Villarreal CF’s Human Resources Department.
The company’s HR staff explained to the students the way they work, the particularities and challenges of their activity within the framework of an elite football club. After the conference, held in the press room of the Estadio de la Cerámica, the young students from the UJI enjoyed a guided tour of the most exclusive places of the football stadium.
This special visit is part of the agreement that Villarreal CF has with the Jaume I University, thanks to the club’s Endavant Formació programme.
