LaLiga and Fans United have awarded Villarreal fans with the ’12th Player’ award
LaLiga, in collaboration with Fans United, have chosen Villarreal CF fans as the best in the LaLiga Santander for the 2016/17 season. This award has been presented to Yellows fans for their good behaviour, support, track record and all their acceptance, fair play and respect between fans. This recognition will be officially presented during the match against Sporting de Gijón at the Estadio de la Cerámica with the ’12th Player’ trophy and a shirt with the number 12 on the back, which has always been given to the best fans.
Villarreal CF supporters, led by the Agrupació de Penyes (Fan Club Association), have stood out for their fair play among all fans, respect for their opponents and the social interactions they have engaged in.
For the ‘LaLiga 1l2l3’, Cádiz CF has received this recognition.
