Jawwy from STC will be the official sponsor of Villarreal CF until the end of the 2017/18 football season
The Yellow club will incorporate the logo of the Saudi Arabian mobile telephone service on the sleeve of its official playing jerseys and on its training kits. Jawwy from STC’s logo will also be incorporated next to all the official sponsors of the club on the different advertising spaces of Villarreal CF.
Jawwy from STC is a personal mobile service in an app and has its own SIM, app and freshly designed digital channels for buying, managing and receiving support. With the app, users can build, manage and share their plan in real time, giving them complete control over the services they buy and use.
The service was launched in 2016 and caters specifically to Saudi digitally-savvy youth, who constitute a major and growing part of the Kingdom’s population. Recent reports have shown that Saudis are the world’s most avid YouTube users with 180 million views per day as well as huge consumers of Snapchat and Twitter, channels that enable young Saudis to connect, collaborate and create with their peers across the Kingdom.
This focus on youth and innovation is something Jawwy from STC shares with Villarreal CF, a club that is always working hard to find new ways to connect to its fans and to develop footballing talent amongst young people, from an early age … this is the Villarreal CF way and we are honoured to share these values with Jawwy
