The Yellow forward will take part in the multi-discipline event for the Moroccan national team
The Moroccan national team have announced the 22-player list for the Olympic Games that will take place in Paris from 26th July until 11th August. Amongst the players called up is Villarreal forward Ilias Akhomach, who will fight to win gold for the Atlas Lions in their first appearance at the Olympics in 12 years, having not participated in Rio 2016 or Tokyo 2020.
The Moroccan national team are in Group C of the tournament alongside Argentina, Ukraine and Iraq.
Here is the fixture list of the matches that Ilias Akhomach will play with Morocco:
- Moroco vs Argentina: Wednesday 24th July at 3:00pm, at the Stade de Saint-Étienne.
- Morocco vs Ukraine: Saturday 27th July at 7:00pm, at the Stade de Saint-Étienne.
- Morocco vs Iraq: Tuesday 30th July at 5:00pm, at the Stade de Nice.
