The Valencian midfielder showed his support for the charity’s Schooling Success project
Villarreal footballer Vicente Iborra visited Red Cross Castellón to show his support for their Schooling Success (Éxito Escolar) project. This initiative, carried out by the youth section of the Spanish charity, is hoping to promote the importance of studies and success in schooling in socially difficult situations.
The Valencian midfielder had the chance to get to know first hand the work carried out by the volunteers from the Red Cross with youngsters in terms of schooling, which includes helping them with their homework, giving them snacks and also educational games. Iborra also used the visit to get to know other projects carried out by the charity in Castellón such as the ‘We Are One’ (Somos Uno) project, which backs social inclusion.
