Villarreal have trained at the scene of the match against SC Portugal (Thursday, 9pm CET)
This Wednesday, Villarreal completed a planned training session in Lisbon ahead of the upcoming match UEFA Europa League game. The Yellow Submarine were put through their paces at the Estádio José Alvalade, which will host the match against Sporting Club de Portugal (Thursday, 9pm CET). The match can be watched live on Movistar+ Liga de Campeones.
The Yellows will start their campaign in the knockout stages of the UEFA Europa League after getting through a tough group, which saw Villarreal finish top of Group G unbeaten. The return Yellows trip is expected on Thursday, after the match against the Portuguese side, arriving back at Castellón Airport.
