The Yellows players featured for their countries in international games
Villarreal CF defender Juan Foyth played 25 minutes of Argentina’s 2-2 draw with Colombia. The defender came on in the 65th minute, replacing team-mate Nicolás González in the second half.
Pervis Estupiñán played the 90 minutes of Ecuador’s game against Peru. The Yellows’ left-back was unable to stop his side from losing 2-1.
Yeremy Pino was called up by Spain for the friendly against Lithuania, but did not play as La Roja won 4-0. However, he will stay in Spain’s ‘parallel bubble’, of which Raúl Albiol is also part.
Gerard Moreno and Pau Torres have been called up by La Roja for Euro 2020 and are still with the squad, who have confirmed two positive COVID-19 cases among the players set to play the Euros.
