

You can watch matches vs FC Barcelona (6:30pm) and tomorrow vs New York City (3pm)
Villarreal fans can watch the U12’s three matches at the III International Tournament LaLiga Promises live from New Jersey today until Sunday 25th June. This afternoon, the Yellows will face Benfica (5pm CET), but this match will not be televised because it will be played on the pitch next to the main pitch. Fans will be able to watch the other two group games live though, this afternoon’s tie against FC Barcelona (6:30pm CET) and tomorrow’s game against New York City (3pm CET). If the U12 get past the Group Stage, all their matches will be televised.
The Yellows have been drawn into Group C of the competition alongside FC Barcelona, Benfica and New York City. The competition will be broadcasted live through the club website at the following link: III International Tournament LaLiga Promises. What’s more, you can also watch this Friday’s matches on GOL, while Saturday and Sunday’s matches will be live on La Sexta.
Coaches Ferran Arderiu, Carlos Pallarés, Pablo Cañada and Santiago Pina have chosen the following footballers to play in the tournament: Raúl Linares, Pau Navarro, Izan Velasco, Ander Rubert, Mario Granjo, Llàtzer Caparrós, Eric Serrano, ‘Ale’ Bueso, Sergio Bronchal, Jaime Fuentes, Héctor Gil and Enrique Herrero.
The groups are formed by the following teams:
- Group A: Real Madrid CF, Sevilla FC, Ironbound and Atlético Nacional.
- Group B: Atlético Madrid, Valencia CF, Inter Milan and CF América.
- Group C: Villarreal CF, FC Barcelona, Benfica and New York City.
The Yellows will kick off their tournament this Friday afternoon against Benfica (5pm CET). The timetable of fixtures for the Villarreal U12 in the III International Tournament LaLiga Promises is as follows:
Friday 23rd June:
- 5pm: Benfica-Villarreal.
- 6:30pm: Barcelona-Villarreal.
Saturday 24th June:
- 3pm: Villarreal-New York City.
If the Yellows are capable of getting past the Group Stage they will also play the quarter-finals on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday afternoon they would play the semi-finals and the final. Match times are susceptible to slight changes throughout the course of the tournament.
