The tournament, which has 16 teams taking part, will take place this weekend at Amelia Earhart Park
The Villarreal Yellow Cup Miami by LaLiga is here. Amelia Earhart Park in Miami this weekend (9th and 10th November) will become the epicentre of American youth soccer thanks to this prestigious tournament organised by the Yellow Submarine, in collaboration with LaLiga.
The event will see more than 200 U12 players from 16 teams participate, showing off their abilities in front of more than 3,500 spectators from across the United States to enjoy a unique and special tournament.
Villarreal will be represented in the competition by the U12s (Alevín A), who are already in Florida, ready for kick-off in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Miami by LaLiga.
The competition is made up of a group stage, made up of four groups (A, B, C and D), each made up of four teams. The top two in each group will qualify to the quarter-finals of the GOLD section, while the other sides will go into the quarter-finals of the SILVER section. The team that wins the GOLD final will qualify for LaLiga Promises Internacional, which will take place in 2020 in the US.
