Vila-real took centre stage today during the match against Getafe CF at the Estadio de la Cerámica thanks to the Endavant Província initiative. The host town used the match to promote its tourist, gastronomic, cultural and commercial attractions.
The menu for the official directors’ meal came from the El Vasco restaurant. The meal was also attended by Vila-real mayor José Benlloch, who also watched the match from the VIP box at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
Moreover, in the build-up to the game and during half-time, Unión Musical La Lira, conducted by Juanjo Peláez and made up of 40 musicians, played a number of songs.
