Villarreal CF include in their sponsorship programme 31 clubs, 18 individual athletes and three competitions

Villarreal CF have once more underlined their commitment to sport in the province of Castellón. Villarreal CF and the Fundación del Villarreal CF have presented the new Endavant Esports programme for the 2022/23 season, which will have 31 clubs, 18 athletes and three competitions.

The initiative, which started in 2004 with support to Olympic medallist Pablo Herrera, will reach nearly 7,000 athletes in the province of all ages and disciplines, who all benefit from the Yellows’ sponsorship project.

The spirit of Endavant Esports is being able to help the growth of sport in Castellón, as part of the social commitment that the club has with its surroundings, trying to return to society and the province the support it receives. The project involves economic and sporting support, as the club, as well as giving economic support to those who are part of the project, also gives those involved use of its medical service, the use of its facilities and everything possible at its reach to help develop the athletes who are part of the programme.

The 32 clubs that form part of the initiative are the following: CA Playas Castellón (athletics), TAU Castelló (basketball), CFS Bisontes Castellón (futsal), Servigroup Peñíscola FS (futsal), CV L’Illa Grau (volleyball), CV Mediterráneo (volleyball), CV Grau Castelló (volleyball), CD Balonmano Castellón (handball), Club Baloncesto Benicarló (basketball), Club Natación Castalia Castellón (swimming), Hockey Club Castellón (hockey), Club Handbol Nules (handball), Club Waterpolo Castellón (waterpolo), Club Vila-Sport FS (futsal), Club Patí Castalia (skating), Club Atletisme Vila-real (athletics), Club Deportivo Granjo (taekwondo), Club Esportiu Bàsquet Vila-real (basketball), Club Básquet Vinaròs (basketball), Club Patí Ciutat de Vila-real (inline skating), Club Patí Almassora (skating), Vila-real Bàsquet Club (basketball), Vila-real Club Rugby Penyagolosa (rugby), Club Tritons de Vila-real (adapted swimming), Club Triatló Tritrail de Castelló de la Plana (triathlon), Club Natació Vila-real (swimming), Club Natación Nados Castellón (swimming), Club Ciclista Sepelaco (cycling), Club Handbol Unió Esportiva Betxí (handball), Amics Handbol Onda (handball) and Club Natación Azahar Sincro (synchronised swimimng).

The 18 individual athletes who form part of the Endavant Esports projects are the following: Roberto Bautista (tennis), Pablo Herrera (beach volleyball), Sebastián Mora (cycling), Pablo Torrijos (athletics), Lidón Muñoz (swiming), Jairo Noriega (boxing), Puchol II (Valencian pilota), Vicente Claramonte (kayaking), Claudia Conte (athletics), Nacho Serra (tennis), Diego López (Valencian pilota), Aida Beteta (cycling), Carmen Jiménez (Valencian pilota), Nacho Campos (swimming), Óscar Cabedo (cycling), Óscar Pelegrí (cycling), Daniela Grañana (cycling) y Pablo Ania (paddleboarding).

 Competitions such as the Trofeo Villarreal CF (Valencian pilota) and Penyagolosa Trails (trail running) and 74 GP (cycling) are part of Endavant Esports.
