Villarreal head coach Unai Emery appeared in front of the media to analyse the Yellows’ win over Young Boys (2-0). The Basque manager underlined that the win gives the Submarine a lot of confidence: “I’m really pleased with the win. In European competition, we’re finding stability. The win gives us a lot of strength and dissipates certain doubts we were having and helps us feel stronger ahead of Sunday’s game against Getafe.”
Emery underlined his satisfaction at the performance against the Swiss outfit: “We knew that they were a dangerous team, a quick team and one capable of using space well. We contained them. We put in a serious game to get the win. We all worked at a really impressive level.”
