Fans who wish to can reserve, by calling (+34) 964 891 215 to get their hands on a spectacular menu for just 39,50€ per person. To promote this launch, Villarreal players Dani Parejo, Paco Alcácer and Yeremy Pino have visited the restaurant to find out more about its spectacular design and attractive gastronomic options.

Gastronomy, ceramics and football

El Ceramista is a new gastronomic space which hopes to become a reference for high cuisine and entertainment in the province of Castellón.

With a gastronomic proposal based on quality seasonal and local products, this new space is born as an homage  to the ceramics industry, which is extremely successful in our province, and hopes to become a meeting point.

One of the big attractions of El Ceramista is its staging, with large ceramic pieces and a spectacular central bar which incites you to live diverse experiences in each of the spaces that surround it: the terrace, the bistro bar, the restaurant and the private booths pitch side.

Without a doubt, the central piece of this innovative project is its open-kitchen concept, which makes clients feel like they are at home, underlining creativity and showing passion for the team through gastronomy.

The kitchen is based on quality, seasonal and local products

The environmental and social commitment and the use of seasonal and local, low-impact foods mean that the menu changes seasonally.

The products are a fundamental part of this project, with locally-sourced food being part of every menu. These means that there will be daily proposals and suggestions depending on the best product on the market each season.

The concept of kitchen based on fire and oven is directly connected with the process of artisanal fabrication of ceramics.

This premise of quality is transversal across the menu, which goes from a more elaborate option with rice, oysters or a Wagyu steak, among various options, in the restaurant and the private booths, to more informal options in the terrace or the bistro.

Villarreal CF is lauching this cutting-edge project alongside Valencian chef Miguel Martí and his team, connecting gastronomic experiences with cultural, sporting and corporative events.
