Yeremy, Salma Paralluelo and Cienfu, as well as five Yellows Academy youngsters, have been named in the longlist for the award
Eight yellows have been named in the first longlist for the renowned Futbol Draft awards. In this first selection of players, there are 99 male players, including six yellows (Yeremy, Gelardo, Marcos Sánchez, Jorge Pascual, Álex Jiménez and Víctor Morneo), and 55 female players, including two yellows (Cienfu and Salma Paralluelo).
The selection was made by the Technical Committee, made up of representatives from across Spanish football, including coaches from Spain youth teams. The committee was made up of the following participants: Javier Lasagabaster, Futbol Draft® director-general; Luis de la Fuente, Spain U21 head coach; Pablo Amo, Spain U18 head coach; Jorge Vilda, Spain Women head coach; Pedro López, Spain Women’s U19 head coach; Ignacio Silván, expert in youth football; Jose María Movilla, AFE institutional relations director; and Ana Rosell, women’s football expert.
