Due to an IT problem beyond Villarreal CF’s control, in the first LaLiga match against Real Betis Balompié, a group of season ticket holders had problems accessing the Estadio de la Cerámica when showing their digital season ticket. The club would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and, for this reason, the match will be counted as attended for all season ticket holders. This incident has been resolved by resetting the configuration of the system and issuing a new digital card that will work for the next match against FC Barcelona. In this way, all season ticket holders who want to have their digital season ticket on their phone will have to delete the previous card and download the QR code again by accessing the season ticket holders’ portal:
- Season ticket holders who have renewed their 2022-23 season ticket must access the portal by entering last season’s ID and PIN data.
- New subscribers for the 2023-24 season must access the portal by entering this season’s ID and PIN data.

The club reminds those season ticket holders who have renewed their pass online and would like to have the physical card that they can pick it up free of charge at the official shops at the following times:
- Town Centre Store: Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm
- Estadio de la Cerámica Store: Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm
