Villarreal makes the space available to companies and individuals for matches and during the week for corporate and private celebrations
The Estadio de la Cerámica has been modernised by Villarreal CF, making it one of the best football grounds in Europe. The refurbishment of the stadium has provided it with modern areas and unique spaces that the club, in its desire to contribute to its surroundings, makes available to companies and individuals for the celebration of all kinds of events and celebrations.
One of the jewels in the crown brought about by the remodelling of the Estadio de la Cerámica was, without a doubt, the Club 1923. An impressive and modern 400m2 space that crowns the Fondo Sur of the Estadio de la Cerámica and boasts a spectacular view of the pitch and acts as a vantage point overlooking the city of Vila-real.
Covered in ceramic tiles, true to the essence of the Yellows’ stadium, this multi-purpose room incorporates bar service and a kitchen. It is equipped with innovative and comfortable furniture and has high-resolution screens and acoustic equipment. All this makes it a space with many possibilities for a unique experience at Villarreal CF matches, but also, during the week, where corporate events or private celebrations can be hosted.
The club’s aim is to open the doors of Club 1923 to the people, as Juan Antón, commercial director of Villarreal CF, acknowledges: “It has been used for some of the matches such as Olympique de Marseille or FC Barcelona and it has been a complete success, but we want to give it a different point of view, so that it is not an experience so focused on the match but also on everything that surrounds a match. To enjoy the match, but to get to know each other a little better, to see the tile that we have, which is spectacular. And also on non-match days, to start having more events here. Fortunately, we are already having two or three events a week. It’s a space that is going to be available for anyone who wants to celebrate something unique or special.”
Along the same lines, Juan Antón, is extremely satisfied to have a space of these characteristics in the Estadio de la Cerámica: “It is a luxury to have this different space where people can come to watch football and interact with the business fabric of the province of Castellón. It is open to partners who can visit us, to families, to companies who come with clients. It is a perfect venue for the club.”
