

The centre midfielder started for Spain and the defender played the second half for Serbia
Villarreal CF players Bruno Soriano and Antonio Rukavina were key figures for their respective national teams, both playing a part in the victories for their countries. Bruno started for Spain in their friendly against South Korea in Austria, which finished in a resounding 6-1 win for the ‘Roja’ (Reds). The centre midfielder from Artana played all 90 minutes. The Spanish goals were courtesy of Silva, Cesc, Morata (2) and Nolito (2)
For his part, Antonio Rukavina came on in the second half of Serbia’s match against Israel, which was played in Novi Sad yesterday. The Villarreal number 22 played all of the second half and received a yellow card. Serbia’s goals came from Ivanovic, Milunovic and Tadic.
