The Colombian striker underlines that both him and his team-mates are working hard to reach the highest level
Villarreal’s Colombian striker Carlos Bacca yesterday played his second game in a row as a starter in the Yellows’ attack. The Submarine’s No.9 underlined that bit by bit he will find his best level: “Every game I feel sharper. I have more minutes behind me and that’s important. In the next few games I’m surely going to play at my best to help the team. I’ve always scored goals and I’m confident. I work hard for the team and the goals will come.”
Regarding yesterday’s match against Girona in the Copa del Rey (0-3), Bacca underlined that the team put in a complete performance. “What is important is that the team is in a better place. Our aim is to get as far as possible in the cup. We did things well and won 0-3.”
