Santi Cazorla admits that “we have to pick ourselves up” in order to get three points against Valencia
The Villarreal midfielder, Santi Cazorla, admitted after the defeat to Celta that the team has to take a harsh look at themselves in order to get back to winning ways. “The game against Celta was a pretty even one and one which we lost by the smallest of margins. Once again, we conceded from a set-piece. We are finding it difficult to defend set-pieces and they can define a game. It was an important game and we are hurting. We haven’t won for a while, but we have to pick ourselves up because there’s a lot of football to come.”
The next challenge for the Submarine is to beat Valencia CF at Mestalla (Saturday, 9:00pm): “We are more together than ever. We are a big group and we need to continue trusting in each other. I hope we beat Valencia and change the dynamic. The fans have always been on our side. We are in going through a tough patch, but we are going to keep going. Thank you for your constant support.”
