The versatile footballer joins Sara Monforte’s side to increase options in the middle of the pitch
Villarreal CF have reached an agreement with the Ainoa Campo, who will play for the women’s first team for the 2021/22 season. The midfielder joins as a free agent after spending the last season at RC Deportivo.
Ainoa Campo is the eighth summer signing for Villarreal Women, after the arrivals of Nerea Pérez, Tere Morató, Pamela Tajonar, Raquel Pinel, Zaïra Flores, Paola Soldevila and Estefa Lima.
Defensive strength for the Yellows
Ainoa Campo Franco (17/06/1996) is a strong, versatile player who can play as a midfielder as well as at centre-back, who stands out for her positioning. The midfielder previously played for Atlético Madrid, Madrid CFF and CD Tacón.
Campo has also represented at every youth level. She now joins Villarreal, ahead of a very exciting season.
