A toy collection campaign, a visit from the Three Magi, a Groc Talent performance and the 3v3 Groguet tournament will be part of a lively derby build-up
Enjoy the build-up to the match against Levante UD! Villarreal supporters will be able to enjoy a number of fun activities before attending the derby on Monday 3rd January at 9pm CET at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
The Magi visit the Fan Zone
The Fan Zone, based in the square adjacent to the Estadio de la Cerámica, will start two hours before kick-off. At 5pm, the Three Wise Men will arrive to receive letters with wishlists from young Yellows.

Villarreal launch a charity toy collection campaign
For the festive period, Villarreal CF have launched a charity campaign to collect toys. Under the name ‘Otra vida para tu juguete’ (Another life for your toy), the Yellows are calling on fans to donate toys, which will be given to various shelters and centres throughout Castellón.
The toys can be new or used, as long as they are in a good state. The aim of the campaign is for people in these places to also receive presents during the festive period.
The donation of toys and games will take part in the same marquee as where the Three Wise Men are.
Palo Domado, pop-rock in Vila-real
Before the game against Levante UD, from 6pm CET, fans from both teams will have the chance to enjoy the musical repertoire of Palo Domado, this week’s performer as part of the Groc Talent musical contest.
The young group from Benicarló, formed in 2019, plays pop-rock and is made up of Luca Valera (lead guitar), Zelu (back-up guitar and vocals), Roger Calduch (drums) and Oriol (bass).
CD Roda, CD Almazora and CD Alcora, competing in the 3v3 Groguet tournament
There will also be football in the build-up to the derby against Levante. The ‘3v3 Groguet’ tournament will continue with another edition, with U10s (benjamín) and U8s (prebenjamín) from CD Roda, CD Almazora and CD Alcora taking part. The young talents from the three sides will try and win the tournament and book their place in the grand final.
What’s more, as is now customary in the Villarreal Fan Zone, young Yellows will be able to enjoy various activities for free, such as inflatable games, before the match.
The schedule for the Fan Zone ahead of the match against Levante UD is the following:
- 5pm CET: Start of the ‘3v3 Groguet’ tournament with U10 and U8 sides from CD Roda, CD Almazora and CD Alcora.
- 5pm CET to 6:40pm CET: Visit from the Three Wise Men to the Estadio de la Cerámica Fan Zone.
- 5pm CET to 6:40pm CET: Campaign for collecting toys for shelters across Castellón.
- 6pm CET to 6:30pm CET: Performance by Palo Domado, group taking part in Groc Talent.
