Miguel Álvarez underlined that Villarreal B go into the game hopeful of returning to winning ways (Wednesday, 7pm CET)

Villarreal B head coach Miguel Álvarez analysed the upcoming match against Unió Esportiva Costa Brava (Wednedsay, 7pm CET): “We’re two teams who are going into the game on the back of a couple of defeats. Now, we want to get three points. They’re an opponent who aren’t anything like they were in the first half of the season. They are strong at home. We won’t have it easy, but we want to feel good again. It’s an important match for us.”

Álvarez underlined that Villarreal B are excited to go into the match: “When we don’t win, we want the next game to arrive quickly to be able to redeem ourselves. This week, we have two games, both away from home. We’re looking forward to the match against Costa Brava.”

The Mini Submarine boss underlined that Costa Brava are a talented team: “They’re a team with a lot of new players in their starting XI. They’re grown a lot. They’re great from set pieces and direct play. They’re two facets of the game we need to control.”
